1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of 46ph, including visitors, registered players, and any other individuals who access or use the platform in any capacity.

1.2 By clicking "Register", "I Agree", or by otherwise accessing the 46ph platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any other policies, guidelines, or rules published on the 46ph platform, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

1.3 These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and 46ph relating to your use of the platform.

1.4 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the 46ph platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the services of 46ph. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. 46ph strictly enforces this age restriction and employs identity verification procedures to ensure compliance.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility: The services of 46ph are intended for individuals physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before registering and playing.

2.3 Mental Capacity: By registering, you warrant that you are of sound mind, acting in your personal capacity, and not under any legal disability that would prevent you from entering into a binding agreement.

2.4 Excluded Persons: The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an account at 46ph:

• Persons under the age of 21
• Current employees, contractors, or agents of 46ph or its affiliates
• Immediate family members of 46ph employees
• Persons who have been self-excluded or excluded by 46ph

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account at 46ph. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, or via a proxy — is strictly prohibited. 46ph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit balances upon discovery of duplicate account activity.

3.2 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

3.3 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 46ph will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to be your activity, and you will be held responsible accordingly. Notify 46ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 KYC Verification: 46ph may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to submit identity verification documents ("Know Your Customer" or KYC). These may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide adequate KYC documentation may result in the suspension of your account and withholding of funds pending verification.

3.5 Account Transferability: Your 46ph account is personal to you and cannot be transferred, assigned, or sold to any third party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods: 46ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits: Deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method, account verification level, and VIP tier. 46ph reserves the right to modify limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and AML screening. 46ph targets a processing time of 5–15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts, though this cannot be guaranteed during high-traffic periods or when additional verification is required. Withdrawals to bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business days.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions: Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your name. 46ph reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to your account balance if documentation requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering: 46ph operates in full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. All transactions are monitored, and suspicious activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities. We reserve the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation when AML concerns are identified.

4.6 Currency: All transactions at 46ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers provided by 46ph are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, which are published alongside the offer. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are detailed in each promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse: The following behaviors constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, as well as potential account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms
• Using low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee meeting wagering requirements
• Providing false registration information to qualify for a promotion

5.4 46ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

5.5 Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no cash value unless the wagering requirement has been fully met.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 All games available on the 46ph platform operate using independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by 46ph, game providers, or players.

6.2 Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are as specified by the game provider and are available within each game's information panel.

6.3 In the event of a malfunction or technical error during gameplay, 46ph reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the applicable wager amount. No winnings generated from a malfunctioning game session will be honored.

6.4 Bets placed cannot be cancelled after the point of no return as defined by each game's rules. In live dealer games, the point of no return is determined by the dealer's announcement.

6.5 Each game is subject to its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable game rules before wagering.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 46ph platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Using software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Engaging in chip dumping, money laundering, or any financial fraud
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the 46ph platform
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches for financial gain
• Using someone else's payment method or identity to fund an account
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward 46ph staff or other players
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 46ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. We take our obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously.

8.2 Available Responsible Gaming Tools: All players have access to the following tools via their account settings:

9. Suspension & Termination

9.1 46ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of fraudulent, inaccurate, or incomplete information
• Failure to provide KYC documentation when requested
• Suspected collusion, fraud, or bonus abuse
• Request by a regulatory or law enforcement authority
• AML concerns or suspicious transaction patterns

9.2 Upon termination, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Verified cash balances that are not the subject of an active investigation or dispute will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

9.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting 46ph customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Outstanding bets will be settled in accordance with normal game rules.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 46ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the 46ph platform.

10.2 46ph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of services.

10.3 46ph's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits 46ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the 46ph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall interface — is the exclusive property of 46ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content.

11.3 The 46ph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 46ph. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

12. Privacy & Data

12.1 The collection, use, and storage of your personal data by 46ph is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

12.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

12.3 46ph implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and 46ph cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Amendments to Terms

13.1 46ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the platform with the date of the most recent revision. For significant changes, 46ph will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address or in-platform notification.

13.2 Your continued use of the 46ph platform after amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting customer support.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to 46ph's customer support for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms, and thereafter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
